DOCCENTER has delivered document and electronic content solutions to its customers since its inception in 2000. The Company traditionally delivered its services as an Application Service Provider (ASP). In 2006 we assessed the electronic content management arena. Our conclusion was that emerging and midmarket organizations were lacking the tools that large enterprises used to organize and manage their most important asset, their information.

We decided at that time to commit the efforts of our software development to designing a solution that would empower emerging and midmarket firms with the same content management tools used by many large enterprises. The result is our EDDS Vault (Electronic Document and Digital Storage) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering. Our approach has eliminated COST and COMPLEXITY- two of the key reasons emerging and midmarket firms have avoided implementing content management solutions.
