EDDS Vault

The My Files tab is where you will unlock the power of EDDS Vault. On the left side of the tab, you will see a tree view of your file cabinets. Your tree includes a My Received Files cabinet, where files you have scanned, uploaded, or shared reside until you transfer them to a storage location in your tree. To build your tree of cabinets and folders, simply click the Add New Cabinet or Add New Folder icon to store and manage your documents and other digital assets.

As you expand your tree, the middle of your My Files tab will reflect the contents of the highlighted cabinet or folder. Use the tree as just one of the simple ways to find the information you are looking for. Icons and associated wizards are available to easily upload, download, edit, or delete files.

The right side of your My Files tab is where you can preview your documents and common file formats without waiting for the native application to load. The preview pane includes details associated with the file you are viewing. Files appear in the preview pane after double clicking on the file or performing a search.
